My passion for nutrition and its influence on human health arose from my own health issues, over a period of 20 years.  Identifying how nutrition plays a key role in managing this,  I retired from my NHS career to study the Science of Nutrition and Lifestyle and its impact on our health and well-being.

Combining this knowledge with extensive experience in motivating and supporting teams and individuals through programmes of organisational and personal change, now a qualified Nutrition Health Coach and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, I provide nutrition and lifestyle coaching for women who want healthy ageing and confidence in their 50's and beyond.
