How The Power of 10 Works:

... presented as a mini programme over 10 days, the TPoT principles can be repeated and adopted as longer term lifestyle changes to support continued health and wellness. 

1.  Avoid Ultra-Processed Foods:

Even for just 10 days, by removing or restricting these, you're reducing your intake of harmful additives, unhealthy fats, and excessive sugars. This can lead to improved digestion, weight management, and overall health.


2.  10 Whole Plant Foods Daily:

Including a variety of whole plant foods (herbs and spices all count) provides essential nutrients, fibre, and antioxidants. This is easier to do than you might think and helps to strengthen your immune system, improve heart health, and support healthy weight management. Start the first day with 10 different plant foods and then each day swap out 2 or 3 with different types (remember herbs and spices count) - you'll soon be incorporating sufficient variety to achieve the benefits for a healthy gut microbiome.


3.  Chewing Each Mouthful 10 Times Minimum:
